Deleted all data but still getting message that I reached my quota.

    Hi, I'm trying to use my form but it says that I reached my quota. But in reality, I deleted all data but it still won't let me use my form.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, the system failed to recalculate the form limits and usage, I have now done that and the account and forms are now accessible.
