PayPal business not logging on

    i have a paypal business account. I sign on fine on any browser.

    While trying to connect to the jotform form, i try to connect my PayPal business account and it will not let me log in using the correct credentials.

    When i use "trouble logging in" it wants me to change my password and i do not want to do that.


    Please help.

    Could you test it again after clearing the browser's cache or under incognito mode to se if that helps?
