The majority of our users are restricted to using IE 8. We have had multiple users who cannot open/download any form data using the JotForm link. Again, they cannot use another browser.
With this said, we have a few users who are also using IE 8 who are able to download the form data.
In looking back at the forum, this appears to be an ongoing issue. Any suggestions?

This seems to be related to the IE8 security feature that is blocking the auto-download. I have added the information about this issue to the following thread:
