    How can I close my account?

    We have collected all of the data we require at this point and are ready to discontinue the service.  Please confirm that this can happen immediately, and provide further instructions if applicable to close this account.

    We can cancel your account on your behalf but you can do it aswell.

    Kindly follow the instruction provided.

    1. Go to your Jotform control panel.

    2. Go to your Account.

    3. From the account page, go to "Billing"

    4. Click to Switch to Account

    5. Click Cancel Subscription

    i did that but i was charged... really disapointed... i need to cancel my account immediately... and would like a refund...
