How can I change the sender email from noreply@jotform

    We are using a ticketing system. How can I change the sender email from noreply@jotform to the customer's E-mail as was entered in the form?

    Hey, you can change the sender's email from noreply@jotform to an email you have, but I don't think there's a way of changing it to the one that the user inputs, check this guide out on how to change the sender's email.

    I am afraid that is no longer allowed anymore.

    As you can only use, and your own email address as this will need a verification.

    But if you are trying to receive an email then reply directly to your user, you can instead use the Reply-to email.

    So whenever they input their email on the email field, that will be set as the Reply-to email. You will be able to reply directly to the email notification and the user will be the one who will receive the email.


    I have an email field with a title "Email field of the Form". So I chose this one as my Reply-to email.


    In order to set the Reply-to  email you must have an email field on your form.

    And follow the steps below.

    1. Click Setup & Embed


    2. Then Click Notification, if you don't have one, you can add.


    And this window will show that will let you set the Reply-to email.


    As a ticketing system, according to my understanding it is important that you can easily reply to the email of the user, so Reply-to Email is what you need. You can set your own email address as the sender email if you don't want to show up.
