I viewed the submissions to my CCID form, selected a date range (all entries prior to 8/21/13), then selected "Delete All" expecting to delete all records shown. Alas, it deleted ALL records, even those not filtered out of the view. HELP! Is there some way to recover all deleted entriess?

Unfortunately you can not retrieved deleted submissions anymore. The best way to recover the submissions data is to get them on your email since you have receieved them if you have setup an email notification with your form.
Let me also clarify that "Delete All" button would delete all form submissions and all the files attached in it. When you click this button, a password window should appear prior to confirm the deletion of all submissions. Deletion of forms data may happens a lot when "no" confirmation is set so we have added a password confirmation and a little description to prevent this. We'd suggest to manually delete each data instead of deleting all submissions next time.
Kindly let us know if you have further questions or inquiry.

After some research in the Forum, I see that this is not possible :(
I do have an Excel spreadsheet with the deleted submissions. If I send you the file, is there some way for you to put them back in for me?

We currently have this new app but it is still in beta.
Here's the link to that app that will let you import submission data from CSV or EXcel file.
You may use it now and let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm.

That looks like a great app, but it turns out all I have is records with a subset of the fields, so I can't import the submissions. Thanks anyway.

Hello and unfortunately there is no other means to do that other then what was mentioned by my colleague at the moment so I'm sorry about that. The only other possible way to do this since you mentioned you have records of such would be to manually resubmit this information via your form because once they are deleted, they are deleted permanently so we do not have any ability to recover this data thereafter.
