2) I see that I can add a Header when building the form. How can I add a sub-header? For example, the header is "Purchase Information". Then I want sub-headers "Purchase #1", "Purchase /32", etc.
I have looked for this information in the Help section and could not find any information.

There two ways to add sub-headers:
1) Using the Header element as shown below.
2) Using the Paragraph field (Recommended).
