Hi there,
my clients can't seem to input their postcode into my form,
it won't let them progress to the next page even when they have input the postcode & tried in different formats to appease the form
Can you help me resolve this issue? I can't seem to work out why it isn't working when it has worked previously

Hi there,
I suppose this is the form in question "jotformeu.com/form/90326638622357", right? I just tested it and it seems to work fine.
It took me to the next page, without giving any issue on the post/zip code field.
Were they using a mobile device when they fill out the form? May we know what device & browser were used so we can test as well? Please ask your user to clear their browser's cache and see if that'll help.
Also, try to check if it's still occurring on your end, I have cleared your form's cache as a precaution.
