How can I get to a form that is not part of my account?

Asked by Conley Damron on August 22, 2013 at 03:22 AM

I am taking over the administrative and webmaster tasks for someone. The previous webmaster built a form with the following form id "91522130411" I need to be able to modify this form as it is on his current live site, and changes need to be made. How can I access this form?

    Hi Conley Damron,

There are two possible solution for your requirement.

    1. You can ask the previous webmaster to send a message to JotForm support team asking to transfer this form to your account. Once transferred you can edit this form and the changes will reflect in your website.

    2. You can clone this form http://jotform.com/form/91522130411 to your account and do the changes. As you will get a new form id, please be informed that you need grab the new embed script and embed it in your website. These guides should help you to clone and grab the embed script of your form:

Current embed script used in your website is iFrame and here is the guide to get your form's iFrame embed script: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
