    @sridevi_exeter,

    Good day! If you really need to change the Matrix Input Type, having the form source codes (How to Get Form Source Codes) should do it. But a trick should also be done inside our form builder.

    After having the source codes, find and change the "Class" and "Type" of each item. I have an example output here: https://shots.jotform.com/welvin/pages/tony.html

    Let us know if you need help for this methods.

    Thanks

    Is there any option to do this? I need a dropdown with (Ok and No OK) and a field to put observations within the matrix field. How can i do it?
