We recently exceeded the 1000 submission limit and upgraded yesterday to the 10,000 limit. I have the email receipt. It did not go into effect, we still get a "FORM OVER QUOTA. This form has exceeded its allocated quota." message.
The upgrade happened at 2:30 PM EST yesterday. Why has this not been corrected?Page URL:

Good day! I have this manually corrected from our end. Your account is now Economy. I have manually upgraded your account from your original Premium Subscription to Economy Monthly through our Payment Processor - FastSpring.
Please kindly check again.
We have also send you a refund for the new order you've made through our Payment Processor - Plimus. You've made a new order instead of upgrading your account.
