I have cloned a form and slightly modified the verbiage within the form. The revisions appear correctly on our website. However, when the form is completed and submitted, the verbiage from the previous form - not the revised form - appear on the submission.

Go to > Email Alerts > Notification > Make changes in their :)

Could you try by deleting your actual email notification and creating a new one?
Select the "Setup & Embed" tab from your form builder, then:
1 - Click on "Email Alerts" icon.
2 - Select your actual email notification, when the popup comes out, click on "Delete Email" at the left-bottom corner.
once you deleted the email notification, click on "Email Alerts" again but this time select "Add New Email", then follow the email notification wizard. With your new email notification configured make some test submissions to see if it is working now.
