Google Sheets Integration: Delete data in the integrated sheet when a submission is deleted

    Great news! One question- what about deleting a submission on JotForm? Does that delete the entry from the linked spreadsheet as well?

    Hi Zwhite,

    When you delete a submission from your form then it will not get removed from the Google Integrated sheet.

    However, after deleting submissions of a form if you delete the google sheet integration

    And reintegrate either using an existing sheet or creating a new sheet will not show the deleted submission.

    As you can see in the image below the deleted submission is not in the sheet anymore.

    Vick_W, thanks so much. If this could be an option in a future rollout, it would be greatly appreciated. In our implementation, we add columns to the integrated sheet with information that is manually input for reach response. The method described above, while effectively removing unwanted submissions, overwrites the added data. A "Remove deleted submissions from the spreadsheet" option would be ideal!

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for the submissions to be deleted as well in the integrated sheet. 

    I will be forwarding this ticket as a feature request for the possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

    Hi guys.

    I love your work. I'm using your jotform system to create new patient files which they fill out themselves at the comfort of their homes. What I'd like to know is whether I can intergrate such collected data with our medical software that we currently using to create files and submit claims. Thanks in advance.
