recently....the captcha is not loading and keeps spinning. my customers have called to say they can not complete the form. are you working on this? matainance?¬†did the codes change? or is it just my browser or java just not working?
the new "re-captcha" turned "on" is working just fine on-line ...but I prefer to keep it simple with the one word captcha
¬†what do you recommend?

I have checked your website¬†http://www.excelfleetlimo.com/online_deposit_form.html¬†and I could see the form have re-captcha set to ON, and all seems to be all fine.
Currently, there is no reported issue regarding the default captcha field failing on the form.
But if you are able to encounter an issue on your end, we will be more than glad to assist you resolve it.
¬†If you can provide as an alternative page with your form using only the regular catpcha field, we will test and check it for you.

As you can see on the screens below, the default captcha field loaded just fine.
Are you not able to load the regular captcha when browsing on your end?
If there is no issue with the regular captcha, I would suggest to continue using it instead.
With re-captcha set to ON, some users finds inconvinience from it -- at least some, but they are still users =)
