I'm not sure if any of these would be suitable for you. If you have a specific cloud service in mind we are happy to submit a feature request for an integration.

You can also check if you can integrate the form using Zapier to the preferred platform.

sync.com is what I use as it's compliant with Canadian healthcare

Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users.
