How to sync our custom JotForm with our Gmail account

Hi, we recently embedded one of your forms into our website and are wanting the content from the form when it is filled out to be sent to our main sales email, which is a gmail account.

Do I need to fill out the SMTP details? If so what would the Hostname, Port, & Security Protocol be?
