All submissions are stored in your inbox by default. As for the recipient email, you can set your own recipient address for each notification.

Now when I submit a form all of the email forms in Email are sent.
Please help.
Right now my for is inefficient for that reason
most customers would get email unnecessarily.

Please note that you can add condition in form to send submission email to any specific email address based on the user's answer. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-how-to-send-email-based-on-user-s-answer

Hello,
If you only want to send emails under specific conditions, you can follow the guide my colleague gave you.
Also, if you do not want an email to be sent regardless of the conditions, you should make sure that all of your email notifications have the little includes condition icon next to their title, as shown below.
