I have emailed you several times "private ticket" to enquire why our email address "email@example.com" is on the bounce list. . . . NO RESPONSE!!
We thought it may be we were required to upgrade . . we did that.
I have had another longterm user contact you . . . NO RESPONSE!!
Why is my email address on the BOUNCE LIST?

I have removed your email from out bounce list. You should be able to receive emails now.
Please refer to this guide to prevent this issue to happen in the future.
Kindly try the test email and let us know if problem persists.

I was wondering how I go about getting my email address off the bounce list...I see two of them appear to be on it including firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com

Your emails are not currently listed in our bounced list. I have updated your thread.
