Bounce List - No response

    I have emailed you several times "private ticket" to enquire why our email address "bookings@spmh.com.au" is on the bounce list. . . .  NO RESPONSE!!

    We thought it may be we were required to upgrade . .  we did that.

    I have had another longterm user contact you  . . . NO RESPONSE!!

    Why is my email address on the BOUNCE LIST?

    Hello,

    I have removed your email from out bounce list. You should be able to receive emails now.

    Please refer to this guide to prevent this issue to happen in the future.

    I was wondering how I go about getting my email address off the bounce list...I see two of them appear to be on it including info@tofillabackpack.org and beuford@gmail.com
