How do I customize the form domain?

Hi, I would like to purchase the gold subscription. There is only one user (me) to manage the forms. And I just only want to use custom domain. It is quite expensive for me to have the 5-user enterprise subscription. Is there any other option for me?

You may embed the form in a website so this way you can forward the website link to the user.
