If you exceed the submission limit of 100 for the starter account your form will be disabled and will not be available for the remaining of that month. However, your submission limit would be reset at the beginning of the new month and you can continue receiving submissions. You will also have the option to upgrade your account to continue receiving submissions.

There is no way that we can give you a credit card, and when we go over 100 you would charge us the $9.99 cost.

The support staff do not handle credit card info, that is too critical. However, the system will send you warning messages if you are close to reach that limit, this way it gives you enough room to upgrade your account.

All you need to do is to make sure you are logged in to JotForm, go to Pricing page and upgrade
