    Hi,

We have finished an online petition using the form with ID=32241936760858. Now that we've got totally 7042 submissions. Is there a way to retrieve all the data from the table for all the submissions at once without breaking into two steps or several steps? The original export to excel function we've tried did not succeed at the second step for those after 5000 submissions. It showed some errors while we tried to open it up adter downloaded the 2nd one. We've also tried the CSV format but only gives us 5091 entries with some scrambled characters (it could be in ASCII format and the original information is supposedly in traditional Chinese). Or if we can get to use some API for this (I've checked the API doc site but not too sure about which one to use), it will be fine too. Please do let us know. Appreciated.

    Thanks for contacting us.

I have tried to download the Excel fiel of your submissions and I was able to do it. However I have also reproduced the issue while trying to open the second part:

So I have forwarded thi sissue to our development team so that they can further investigate and provide a solution.

As a alternative solution you might download the PDF file. When our team find a solution you will ge the update via this thread.

    Thanks

    Hello Mr. Wu,

I am now focused on this problem and hope to solve it pretty soon.

One can, of course, use JotForm API to get all of the submissions, however, it will be low level and one will be required to write all into a file. Related API call is here: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#form-id-submissions

I will update you about the progress. If I can do anything else, please let me know.

    Thank you

    Hello,

If you are still using WordPress.com, we are happy to announce that WordPress.com now supports Jotform. You can now embed forms to your WordPress.com hosted websites.
