How can I free up up upload space?

    Hi,

    Today i got email "You have reached your JotForm upload limit".

    I removed a lot from the survey responses but still, there is no free space.

    Can you help me?

    The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If the user attaches files to the file File Upload field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted to your upload space.

    To free up the upload space, you'll have to delete your submissions. Please follow the steps below:

    1) Download all the submissions just in case you need it for future instances. Reference Guide: How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files

    2) After that, you can go to form submissions and delete the submissions. This will free up the upload space. Reference guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

    Despite the removal of the forms, I am still over the limit.

    Greetings.

    We apologize for the late reply.

    I have checked your Inbox, and it looks like you have removed the submissions, however, you did not empty the Trash. Your limit will decrease once you remove all submissions from the trash folder:

    My trash folder is empty.and I still don't have a place :(

    I have checked your account and the upload file is still showing at our end.

    We can delete the submission data manually if you would like.

    Let us know if you want us to proceed and delete the uploaded files for your form 200863733501045.

    In that case please clean my trash folder.

    As per request, I have deleted the submissions inside your trash folder.

    Your account is not over the upload limits anymore.

    Despite the free space, people still can't answer :(

    Message appears: Form over quota! This form has exceeded its allocated quota

    Hi Michal, your account is not over the quota anymore.

    Kindly check again and let us know if you need further assistance.
