api integration

    i integrated jotform with infusionsoft with the api. it worked until yesterday and now the integration from jotform is not showing properly and has stopped working.

    I assume this is the form you are referring to https://form.jotform.com/202394984133055, right? If so, please try to reintegrate Infusionsoft(Keap)and see if that'll help.

    Also, would you mind providing us more details about the issue?

    As a result of our investigation, it was revealed that the issue was a problem on the InfusionSoft / Keap side.

    We contacted their support and the issue seems to be fixed on their side.


    Our tests show that integration can be used actively with all its features. You can continue to use the integration.
