Help remove email address from bounce list

    jotform said my email is in bouns list and ask jotform to remove it.

    I need to use this email for reply features

    Good day! I have now removed your email address from our bounce list. You should now start receiving email alerts again. Below is the result from our servers: is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 452-'4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota. Please direct\n4.2.2 the recipient to\n4.2.2'
