Billing: Error Switching Plan from Premium to PRO

    Would like to upgrade to pro version  ASAP we are over the limit.

    Hi,

    Good day! I guess our billing section is currently disable due to the problem with duplicate transactions. It is currently under maintenance. We can manually upgrade your account. Please let us know if it's PRO Monthly or PRO Yearly?

    Sorry to hear that you had trouble switching. I have reset your counts. So, your forms should work fine now. You do not need to switch any more. But If you still would like to switch plans let welvin know what plan you would like to switch and he can do it manually.
