I cant use paypal on jotform from my website. I past my paypal mershant ID on form.

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. I checked this particular form of yours and found out that the current payment processor that is set up is Google Checkout. Did you change the payment settings to Google Checkout? If this is not the case, kindly change the payment settings to Paypal and let us know how it goes for you.
