Form doesn't load correctly on my shopify website

Hi There, I am using your Jotform platform on my shopify store but the template doesn't always load correctly. Sometimes it works but a lot of times I just get a blank page. I tried removing all the pictures already and resizing them but it didn't help. Can you please tell me what problem this is and how to solve it? My webshop needs to be reliable otherwise I lose customers.

I can see that you are using the script code to embed the form. Could you please try embedding it using the iframe embed method? In that way, the form will be loaded from the page independently. Here's a guide on Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
