My embedded submissions are showing too many fields

Asked by jonsan32 on August 23, 2013 at 11:02 PM

I've unmarked several fields and I had this working for years. Just recently it started showing all the fields instead of the few selected. A customer let us know about this, as passwords, addresses, and other sensitive data had been exposed to the public for some time.

    My form is here: http://www.jotform.com/grid/21877644350054

but right now it's currently removed from the site. Let me know how to proceed.

We apologize for this inconvenience, jonsan32.

I checked the report page and it appears to be just fine showing only the e-mail, gender, location, and grad year columns.  Does this show differently on your end?  Also, can you provide us the form ID where this report is from so we can check further?

    Thanks.

    UPDATE:

Upon checking, there was a glitch that caused this thing to happen, but it had been resolved right away by one of the developers yesterday.

Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.  Please do let us know if you have other questions or concerns.

    Thanks.

It is fixed now. Is there any extra assurance you could offer me that would make me feel comfortable putting the code back on my site?

    Hi,

Our developers have already fixed it. We apologize if that caused you some trouble. We assure that everything will be fine, and you're good to embed the report again to your website.

    Thanks
