Unable to receive Form Notification using Hotmail Address

    Hi, I have spent days trying to figure out why my auto response was not working and I have just found another thread where users are having problems using a Hotmail account. Can someone help me please? The URL is;

    Hi,

    I don't see Auto Responder Settings within your form but I guess you mean the Form Notification. Your settings were incorrect. You haven't set a Senders Name. I have it corrected.

    Please go to your Hotmail Account > Inbox Options > Filters and reporting settings and set it to "Standard":

    After that, add noreply@jotform.com to your Safe Sender List or Contact List.

    Inbox > Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders

    I'm unable to see an Auto-Response Email set up on your form. Although, I do see a Notification Email configured. So I take you might be talking about the Notification Email not being received. I also have checked your Email address for potentially being listed on our bounce list, but it's not listed.

     

    I just tried sending both emails, Notification and Auto Response and they are arriving properly to my hotmail account.

    Please try reconfiguring your Notification Email & your Auto Response, if neccesary. Also check your hotmail filters. To make sure Hotmail is not blocking your JotForm Emails.
