PayPal Billing: Request Refund

    Hi Sear

    Actually I need to refund the Subscription I do for This account

    as I do it by Mistake

    we are already Subscribed by Account Marketing@biotechgulf.com

    and wrongly I Upgrade for annual Subscription for the account m.gamal@biotechgulf.com

    Please reverse this transaction as I need to shift other Account


    Appreciate your help

    I can see that you have used Paypal to pay for the subscription. We need you to cancel it first via your Paypal account. Please look for this subscription ID: I-FD7R67A4N9TA and cancel it there.

    Once done, let us know here so we can switch the account back to FREE subscription and process a full refund.

    Your account is downgraded to a free one. We have initiated the refund.

    The refund should be credited in 3-5 working days.
