Hi,
I am currently testing out your application for form building and have a couple of questions.
- In the payment options do you have anything specific that caters to UAE market and accepts AED as currency.
- When all the data is collected and emailed, can I also create a customized pdf form with all the data that would have my company logo, footer and additional details as per my requirements. In other words what is the level of customization of the pdf that is created.
- Is there a save and resume option available for users and if so how does it work.

1.) Please find the list of our payment integrations here: Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm. As far as I know, the 2Checkout payment integration supports AED currency, please try it.
Here's the guide: How-to-integrate-2Checkout-with-your-form
You can also test the other payment integration and see if they support the AED currency.
2.) Yes, you can add an image/logo or any additional texts to your PDF document, please refer to this guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report.
3.) We have a save and continue later option, you can find it in your form settings.
If you are using CARD Forms layout, you can follow this guide: Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms
You can create a test form and enable that option so you can see how the save and continue form later works.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I checked the link on how to customize a pdf, but it seems that it allows me to create a form in pdf format. What I am looking at is how can I get all the submissions automatically converted to PDFs and sent to both my (creator) email and the user's? At the same time I want to customize this pdf on the way it looks (logo, header, footer, predefined terms and conditions, formatting etc)

You need to create a PDF document, not a PDF form so you can have a copy of submissions as PDF.
After you customize the PDF document, you can then attach it to your email notification/autoresponder.Here's the guide on how: How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications
