Jotform sending form multiple times

    Hello,

    Recently our jot form has been sending a form multiple times, once after the form is completed and another one 8-10 hours after it's being completed?

    It's getting hard to keep up with what is a duplicate and what is not?

    Please let me know how we can resolve this.

    I think duplicate submissions were triggered when the form was filled out using a mobile app or Safari browser and if the thank-you page was reloaded. If this is the same case with your form, I suggest disabling "Allow Auto Browser AutoComplete" in your form settings.1591068005no Screenshot 10

    Another solution is, use an external thank you page rather than the default thank you message for now. So when the user opens the browser, it loads the external link instead of the default thank you page and this will not trigger submission.
