I need to filter or display the time based on their order from the form

Im needing to be able to view each specific time slot that people signed up for. In the order as seen on the submission form.

Right now it’s still grouping multiple time slots together.

Picture 1 shows how I would like my spreadsheet to look along with the sign up info in the order of the sign up times.

I'm sorry, but it's not possible, considering that multiple options can be chosen for each date. You can sort them out on the Sheets page which was enabled by my colleague for your account. However, that still groups multiple selections into one cell.

If you want to get the total number for each time, maybe create a report:
