    Hello,


    I cannot view any submissions. The page is blank no matter how many times i refresh the screen. Please advise.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    Please note that due to HIPAA privacy policies, our support team's ability to access your account is restricted. Unfortunately, for this reason, we are unable to open your submissions page to inspect this further.

    However, I have checked our test HIPAA account and I am not seeing any errors wit viewing the form submissions. Can you kindly share with us the URL(s) of the form(s) affected? This way we can search our databases to check if they are receiving submissions.

    In the meantime, you can also try logging out of your account and clearing the cookies and cache of your browser before logging back in. Once you are logged in, you can test the form submissions page to see if the issue persists.
