Hi,
On my form submissions, the same person's name keeps on coming up and yet they submissions are from different people. Can you tell us how we can correct this. I am attaching an image. Thank you.ank you.

I checked your form and the notification is configured correctly. Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

Hello,
Do you know a Neda Navab?
It seems that macs sometimes get confused with the contacs.
I found this article online: the-wrong-name-appears-attached-to-my-email-somehow-mail-thinks-my-email-belong
Maybe try looking through your contacts if Neda is somehow connected in there to a jotform email.You could also try and set a different "Sender Address" how-to-add-a-custom-sender-address-to-an-email-alert

I looked in contact and all was good. I shut down my computer twice. No help.
If you think it is the original settings, then it should go back to my VA.

Please try these:
- Try to delete your current notification and then create a new one: Setting-up-Email-Notifications
- Try to change the email subject for your notification (see screenshot below how)
- If the issue persists, please try to change the recipient to a Gmail address and see what the subject of the email in google mail is.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
