How many times can they take the same test?

Do they have to take it right then, or can they come back to the same test later?

What happens if they walk away in the middle of the test? Does it save your progress?

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are looking for a way for your respondents to save their progress on the quiz form you are planning to create.

If that is the case, I would suggest that you check your form's Continue Forms Later feature.

By doing so, a Save button will be included in your form.

If your respondents click the Save button the form, they will be prompted to log-in or create an account with JotForm. But, they also have the option to skip that and proceed in sending the "Continue Form Link" to their email address.
