I have completed the above with drop down values but I don't see the calculation total displayed anywhere?

Assuming you're referring to your form "Psychometric Test", kindly note that you added the Calculation Widget, but didn't add any field to use in the calculation.

Kindly add fields to the said widget, and use the arithmetic operations as shown below.
