Every name I try in your SIGNUP form says "username is already taken," even if I'm just typing in random characters.
Please let me know when this issue is resolved, as I would like to begin utilizing your services.

Please use this link http://www.jotform.com/signup to signup. I have checked the email account you are using now, and there is no exising account associated to it. You can use that email account.
If the issue persist, please tell us the username you are trying to register.
