Connecting Multiple FormsAsked by dmagic8555 on August 25, 2013 at 07:38 PM
Is there any way to combine multiple forms from various pages on my site into one document so that when submitted they come back to me in a sigle document? Or is there any way to place multiple forms on a single page and have them all be submitted as a single form?
The only way you can combine multiple form's submission data is by consolidating them to a database.
This guide Form-to-MySQL shows how to send Post data to a MySQL database.
You can also integrate the different forms to Google Spreadsheet. Then use the import range function in the Google spreadsheet to consolidate the submissions of the different forms to a common spreadsheet.
Please remember that each form have its own unique id number, even if you put all the forms into the same page, the submit process for each form will be unique, and so is the submission results which you can check in your account Submission Page.
