Spanish language and quoted characters are shown incorrectly in CSVAsked by premine on August 26, 2013 at 04:01 AM
I'm having problems with the char-set when exporting the data of a form in CSV format. I'm exporting data in Spanish language and quoted chars (á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ...) are shown incorrectly. The last time I did an export (9th of august) I didn't have this problem and my computer has been switched off since then, so nothing was changed on my system.
Thank you for your help.
Good day! I will go ahead and submit a ticket about this problem to our developers. I am able to see it from my end.
While waiting, I would suggest exporting your submissions in Excel format. Excel works fine here for Spanish Characters.
Everything seems to work fine now. Thank you very much!
