How do we share form data with my client?

Hello,

As I understand, you can't give permissions to a client to access the form built for them as well as the form data and analytics etc.

What we have resolved to do is give over our personal JotForm log in. There has to be a better way, I didn't want to do that. Would you be able to give an alternative suggestion please? Something a bit like JotForm enterprise where other users can access the form without the enterprise costs.

2). Assign forms https://www.jotform.com/features/assign-forms/

3). Create report so your clients can see the submissions https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm.

When my client goes into the generated link and tries to collect the submitted data, the attachments go through to a 404 page. Is that because they don't have their own JotForm log in? What would you suggest to get around this?

That means you have the privacy option enabled to allow users to login to view the attachment. Please go to this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." in Privacy section.
