How does the HighriseCRM integration work?Asked by reciproc8 on August 26, 2013 at 06:20 PM
When I am trying to set up the integration it says:
Choose an Integration Method
Please select how to setup integration with Highrise.
The has a dropdown that says
The next page it says
Map Form Fields for Contact
Please map your form's fields to Highrise fields.
Please define what it means by 'Map Form Fields'
Does all the data collected via webform actually go to Highrise or any other program you guys integrate with? I am wanting all the information collected via web forms to be consolidated under one contact within highrise....not just have it set up a new contact
Mapping Form Fields to Highrise means that you must choose the Fields from your Form that you wish to match on your Highrise integration
And this will be the only data that will be sent to Highrise which it answers your second related question.
So far, Highrise will only send info from text type fields and this allows you to map custom fields. This integration should help you to setup contacts on the HIghrise side
So its useless as far as collecting answers to questions that arent text it seems...
What type of fields you would like to map? If you notice in the guide, you can make custom fields at Highrise end and then you can map them into our integration
