Can I view the account's invoices without logging in as the account holder to Jotform?

    I love the idea that I can log in to find invoices, however I'm not the person who places the orders/use the account. Someone else is. They have a log-in. I do not. They should not share their log-in credentials with me. I work in accounts and need the invoice. They don't. Do you have a solution (multiple log-ins linked to one account). If not, this information is useless.

    Unfortunately the only way to see billing information is to log-in as the JotForm account holder.

    However, your colleague does not necessarily has to share their password with you for you to see it as there are certain apps which can share log-in credentials without sharing the actual password (ie. LastPass, 1Password, etc)

    I'd also like to confirm that JotForm users get an email when an invoice is generated. I might suggest those emails can easily be forwarded to you without the need for you to login to JotForm.

    Your response is not really helpful. You should be able to set an email
    address preference for invoices versus orders. Function is often split
    within businesses.
    I am aware of password safes such as Last Pass, KeePass, etc, as my husband
    is a senior IT Security Consultant. It still means that a login is being
    shared. It just means that login information and passwords are not being
    written down or stored insecurely. You are merely suggesting a work around,
    not a solution.
    I understand that the registered user can forward the invoices that they
    are emailed. The problem is that the user is too busy to be able to do this
    regularly or to set up a rule to automatically forward invoices from you.
    We are a charity. I work for free for 2 hours a week. I do not have the
    time to log in monthly/weekly to your account and several others who all
    declare that any missing invoices can be downloaded by logging into the
    account. This is not time or cost effective. You are already emailing the
    invoices. We just need you to email them to the correct place.
    Seeing as this is something you cannot or will not do, I guess we'll just
    have to proceed as best we can without any real help or practical
    assistance from you.

    I hear your concern. I was able to trace an account with your corporate email domain. It seems the account has active subscription which was paid through our FastSpring payment gateway.

    We will be able to change billing profile email but for security reasons, we need the request to come from the account owner. I would suggest you to please ask account user to send us a message to change the billing profile email address, and we will do the needful. Alternatively, please confirm the following details, and we will do the needful:

    Last 4 digit of the credit card used in billing

    Current email address on file

    Last date of payment

    We will wait for your response.
