I can't edit my form, it shows a blank page

When I go to my list of forms, my one form shows on the list. But when I click to edit that form, all I get is a blank web page. The form editor isn't triggered, just a blank web page. I've tried all the usual solutions I've read on your forum - clearing the JotForm cache, clearing the browser cache, using a different browser, rebooting computer, trying different computers - but none of them have worked.

    Please help.

    Hello,

I tried accessing your from via the builder and got the same result. However, I was able to clone it and then it opened in the builder.-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url

    1. You can clone a form in your account by clicking on create form then clicking import form1601496536 5f74e5d855f18 Screenshot 10
    2. On the next page click Clone your existing form
    3. Select the form you want to clone and click CREATE FORM

The cloned form should open up in the builder.

I'm afraid that doesn't work on my end. I cloned the form as you suggested but when I go to edit that cloned version there's still nothing that appears in the Form Builder. You can see the cloned version of the form in my dashboard.

    Now what?

We're sorry about that. I was able to reproduce the problem when I checked your form. It is blank when I load your form into the form builder and it shows errors in the browser console.

I have now raised this to our developers so they can fix this as soon as possible.

Thank you so much. This is fantastic. I thought I would have to start from scratch.
