Hi,
I'm contacting because when my customers submit forms with photo attachments, the photos never download and I get this message below.

Hi Tyler,
Can you please confirm if you are having this issue with all submissions or some specific submissions? Please provide the submission ID's. I've checked some of them and the images URL's are working as expected. Here is how you can find your submissions ID.

I have gone ahead and checked the submission ID you have provided, I was successfully able to download the image from the link and unable to replicate the issue you have mentioned. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and give it another try, I hope this may work.
