    The radio button question is not shown in email notification if I don't chose any option.

    I have a form (RSVP Form) with several questions.  Unlike every other form I've created in the past, I have one question that does not show in the emails that are sent to me nor in the database format of responders in JotForm.  How can I fix this?

    The question at issue is the last one - I'd love a tour with radio buttons to select which tour. I'd think this would appear in the emails and the database, even if people do not choose any tour.

    I've had only a few people complete the form to date, and I get all the other fields, even if they are empty (e.g. I'd like to make a donation...)  Is there something in the properties of the I'd love a tour question I'm not recognizing?

    I have cloned your form and sent some submission tests and I was able to reproduce the issue:

    That should happen only if the function "Hide empty fields on email" is enabled, but it is not.

    So, I have forwarded this issue to our development team so that they can further investigate and find a solution. So, once they have a solution or information about this you will ge the update via this thread.
