Allow user to add text fields?

Asked by Keith Fowler on August 27, 2013 at 01:03 PM

I am looking to build a web form for commercial building contractors, that would need to include a list of materials needed for a job. I initially wanted to include 3-5 text fields, but also add a button so that the user can add fields to list as many materials that they need. Can you tell me if this is possible in Jotform?

    Thank you,

    Keith Fowler

My apologies. I've forgot to include the steps/procedure on how does DEMO form works. You need first to fill in on "Material 2" field in order for the hide field shows/visible. Please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/71YOLjhdy73N

    Thank you!
