How to I change the user name

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    Changing usernames in JotForm will be different depending on the type of account you have.

    For paid accounts, which is your case, we will need to make the username change for you.

    Please provide us with three distinct usernames in order of preference that you would like to have so we can check their availability and we will change your username to one of them.
