    Hi!


    I have changed my email address from 'riverscrossing@yahoo.com" to 'riverscrossing@gmail.com"


    I am having problems with my own site.  I want to place an upload form in it, and believe I've successfully done so....but when it finishes uploading my file, it goes to the hosting company's index page and the file I tried to upload is no where to be found.


    Oh what am I doing wrong?  I've created a Thank You page...but I don't think the code is finding it.

    Hi Judy,

    By default, the files uploaded go directly to the form's corrsponding submissions page when you're logged in to your JotForm account. If you have JotForm-DropBox integration in place, the uploaded file will also be automatically dumped into your DropBox account (and into your computer hard disk if you have DropBox installed and sync-ed into your computer.

    I'm not quite understanding what you mean when you said the file is going to your webhosting company's index page. Do you mean the root page in your directory? Or are you referring to the default main page of your website? Either way, kindly provide a screenshot or URL showing your file.
