We can cancel your account on your behalf but you can do it aswell.
Kindly follow the instruction provided.
1. Go to your Jotform control panel.
2. Go to your Account.
3. From the account page, go to "Billing"
4. Click to Switch to Account
5. Click Cancel Subscription
